Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that align with the WORTH Institute’s mission and objectives. Design, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase visibility and impact of WORTH programs and initiatives.
  • Manage content strategy and production across web, print, email, and social media platforms.
  • Design and produce visually compelling graphics, videos, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. Ensure brand consistency across platforms and alignment with University of Wyoming standards.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies for WORTH-hosted events. Coordinate campaigns to increase attendance and engagement among students, faculty, industry partners, donors, and policymakers.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., email open rates, website traffic, social media engagement). Generate reports to evaluate campaign success and apply insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness. Communicate outcomes to leadership, funders, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing budgets, contracts, timelines, and vendor relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related inquiries.
  • Assist with photography, videography, and documentation of WORTH programs and services.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 2 years work-related experience

Preferred

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products for graphic design.
  • Familiarity with higher education, nonprofit, or tourism/hospitality marketing.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills tailored to multiple audiences (students, industry partners, legislators, donors).
  • Experience with digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with video production and editing.
