Job Summary

Own premium content strategy for a connected-home brand, unifying product storytelling, launches, and lifecycle experiences to inspire confident premium purchases.

  • Content governance: establish a premium brand voice and cohesive messaging across product launches, campaigns, and always-on channels.
  • Storytelling execution: translate smart home tech into clear, aspirational narratives that drive discovery and conversion.
  • Cross-functional leadership: align product marketing, UX, design, and agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality output and performance insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop a holistic content strategy that articulates our brand vision, product ecosystem, and value proposition
  • Create messaging frameworks that unify product launches, campaigns, and always-on marketing
  • Translate advanced smart home technology into clear, compelling, and aspirational storytelling
  • Establish and maintain a premium, distinctive brand voice across all consumer touchpoints
  • Ensure consistency across digital platforms, retail environments, packaging, and owned channels
  • Bring clarity and cohesion to messaging across an expanding ecosystem of connected products
  • Set the standard for high-quality content, conceptually and editorially
  • Write and refine key strategic assets (campaign concepts, headlines, product narratives)
  • Provide direction to cross-functional teams, agencies, and creative partners to ensure alignment and quality
  • Ensure messaging is seamlessly integrated across web, e-commerce, social, email, and in-home experiences

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, or narrative development
  • Experience in consumer electronics, smart home, or premium technology brands
  • Demonstrated ability to create cohesive messaging frameworks across complex product ecosystems
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a refined, brand-sensitive tone
  • Proven ability to distill technical concepts into clear, differentiated consumer value
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
  • Experience with CMS, Figma and Google Analytics
