Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Film, edit, and produce short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Develop creative marketing campaigns to promote listings, open houses, events, and team initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Design graphics, flyers, and other promotional materials using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Stay up to date on social media trends and recommend new content ideas and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate marketing for open houses, client events, community events, and homebuyer seminars.
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, and day-to-day marketing operations.
• Support additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Required: Previous experience in content creation and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and current social media trends.
• Experience filming and editing engaging short-form video content.
• Proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation is required.
