Job Description

  • Responsibilities: Build and own a strategic content calendar across the Plasiv website, blog, and social channels (starting with LinkedIn, then expanding).
  • Responsibilities: Turn technically complex topics into clear, digestible content for engineers and operations leaders.
  • Responsibilities: Use generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) to draft, iterate on, and scale content production without sacrificing voice or accuracy.
  • Responsibilities: Track content performance with analytics (GA4, LinkedIn analytics, etc.), spot gaps, and iterate. Bring data to every content decision.
  • Responsibilities: Develop and evolve Plasiv's product voice and tone in collaboration with the founder and designer.
  • Responsibilities: Use research, customer conversations, and small experiments to validate what's working and kill what isn't.
  • Responsibilities: Help build the foundations of content at Plasiv: lightweight style guides, taxonomy, content templates, and documentation that future teammates inherit.
  • Responsibilities: Partner across the team - engineering, design, and founder to keep content tied to what we're actually shipping.
  • Requirements: Strong writing instincts and the ability to distill complex, technical ideas into clean, useful content. Bonus if you've written about a technical or B2B topic before.
  • Requirements: Comfort using generative AI tools as a daily collaborator — you know how to prompt, edit, and where the tools fall short.
  • Requirements: Hands-on experience using analytics (GA4, LinkedIn, Substack, or similar) to identify gaps and shape content decisions.
  • Requirements: Working familiarity with HTML, content management systems (CMS), taxonomy, and basic UX principles, enough to publish, structure, and ship without help.
  • Requirements: Sharp communication: you can explain content tradeoffs to a CEO, a designer, and an engineer in the same meeting.
  • Requirements: An eye for quality and polish. You sweat the details - typography, headlines, micro-copy, image choice.
  • Preferred: A portfolio, newsletter, blog, or social presence that shows how you think.
  • Preferred: Experience running a content experiment (A/B test, format pivot, channel test) and learning from it.
  • Preferred: Basic design chops - Figma, Canva, or willingness to learn.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with SEO fundamentals.
  • Benefits: Competitive intern compensation
  • Benefits: Real ownership - your work ships, gets read, and gets measured
  • Benefits: Exposure to a real go-to-market motion at an early-stage startup
