Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality video content for recipe videos and podcasts
• Be present and actively involved in scheduled filming days
• Edit long-form content (YouTube, podcast episodes) and short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Deliver final assets to the social media team in an organized and timely manner
• Assist with podcast production, including filming, editing, and uploading episodes to Spotify and YouTube
• Ensure consistent visual quality and brand alignment across all content
• Manage and organize media files and project workflows

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in photography, videography, and editing, and/or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work (required for consideration)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office/365 tools
• Experience shooting and editing both long-form and short-form content
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and storytelling through video
• Must be available to travel and work 2–3 key weekends during competition BBQ season for on-site content capture.
