Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, engaging content for our creators
• Travel to film models on request
• Execute both planned and spontaneous shoots
• Research trends
• Generate creative concepts
• Deliver polished vertical and horizontal video content optimized for OnlyFans, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
• Utilize strong iPhone filming skills
• Maintain reliability, creativity, and fast turnaround times
• Ensure content aligns with platform best practices and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with creators and internal teams

Requirements

• Experience in content production, creative project management, and scheduling
• Strong skills in team coordination, mentorship, and collaboration
• Knowledge of digital marketing, audience engagement strategies, and social media trends
• Proficiency in quality assurance, brand consistency, and strategic planning
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
• USA-based professional who can travel to film models on request

Preferred

• Previous experience in managing creative teams or working with influencers
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or related field is preferred
