Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content at the restaurant
• Edit engaging Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and carousel posts
• Write captions that align with Sale Pepe's established brand voice
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
• Maintain the content calendar
• Organize and manage photo and video assets
• Capture seasonal menus, events, restaurant moments, and behind-the-scenes storytelling
• Create and publish supporting Instagram Stories throughout the week
• Monitor basic content performance and identify what is resonating
• Work collaboratively with ownership while managing projects independently

Requirements

• Has experience creating engaging social media content
• Is comfortable filming with an iPhone and/or camera
• Has strong short-form video editing skills
• Has an eye for storytelling, composition, and visual detail
• Can write clear, engaging social media copy
• Is highly organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
• Can work independently and manage their own workflow
• Communicates professionally and takes creative feedback well
• Enjoys hospitality, food, culture, and storytelling

Preferred

• Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar editing software
• Later or another social media scheduling platform
• Photography
• Canva or other graphic design tools
