Job Summary

Own the North America content engine for advocacy storytelling across audio, video, and social formats, focused on turning policy into action and coordinating across channels for regional resonance.

  • Content Production Ownership: End-to-end creation for podcasts, video, and short-form clips, with cross-channel repurposing for consistent messaging.
  • Audience & Action: Shape audience-ready narratives that translate policy into mobilization and measurable engagement.
  • Collaboration & Standards: Align with social, design, and digital teams on distribution, editorial feedback, and production quality.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce multi-platform content end to end (concept, scripting, recording, editing, and packaging) across audio, video, and digital formats, including podcasts and short-form social clips.
  • Develop and produce podcast and audio content that advances ONE's North America priorities, from format and segment design through recording, editing, and distribution.
  • Translate complex policy and advocacy issues into clear, compelling, audience-ready content that drives action, not only awareness.
  • Work closely with social media, design, and digital staff to repurpose and adapt content across channels, ensuring message consistency and maximizing the value of each production.
  • Tailor content for U.S. and Canadian audiences ONE engages, adapting tone, framing, and platform accordingly.
  • Support the editorial development of content, including topic and guest input, narrative framing, and constructive editorial feedback.
  • Manage production logistics and quality, including recording setup and equipment, scheduling, and post-production standards.
  • Track content performance and apply the learnings to improve reach and engagement.
  • Contribute to ONE's global communications community of practice, sharing and adapting best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Communications, North America.
