Job Summary

Own the visual content engine for a DTC beauty brand, delivering photos, video, and copy that move products from features to brand stories and drive cohesive customer experiences across listings, campaigns, and launches.

  • Content Ownership: Manage product photography, video edits, and asset production to support campaigns, e commerce, and launches.
  • Brand and Copy Leverage: Translate features into story-driven descriptions that stay true to the brand voice while coordinating with marketing for launch assets.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with creative and marketing teammates to execute visuals that align with campaign goals and product introductions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Edit and retouch product photography for marketing campaigns, e-commerce listings, and digital assets
  • Craft product descriptions and marketing copy that turn product features into engaging, story-driven content aligned with our brand voice
  • Build and manage product listings, curating imagery, copy, and product details to create a cohesive and compelling customer experience
  • Execute video editing for marketing and social content, delivering polished assets optimized for each platform
  • Develop and execute launch assets including digital ads, email graphics, and web banners that support campaign goals
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to execute campaign ideas and product launches
  • Stay current with trends in beauty, product photography, and digital content creation. Experiment with new techniques, tools, and styles to keep the brand’s visuals fresh and engaging
  • Contribute to a collaborative creative environment by sharing ideas, exploring new tools, and helping elevate the quality of our work

Requirements

  • BA or equivalent in relevant field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in content creation or digital marketing
  • Experience working in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environment
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful visual execution and attention to brand consistency
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt to and maintain a brand voice
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, including product listing management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace (experience with Sketch is a plus)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for visual quality
  • A positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to take direction and feedback and continuously improve

Nice to Have

  • Strong awareness of internet culture, social media trends, and digital communities
  • UX/UI experience (desktop and mobile)
