Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing & Digital Communications: develop and execute strategic email campaigns in Mailchimp, including customer updates, product announcements, educational content, success stories, and promotions; manage audience segmentation, automation workflows, contact lists, and campaign reporting to improve engagement, conversions, and audience growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create integrated digital campaigns and supporting assets including landing pages, graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor social media trends, online conversations, and engagement opportunities to support brand awareness.
  • Content Marketing & Brand Storytelling: develop and write customer success stories, case studies, whitepapers, website content, SEO-focused educational content, articles, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collateral that support brand awareness, website engagement, and lead generation.
  • Travel to jobsites, customers, tradeshows and industry events to conduct interviews to create compelling technical and customer-focused content and to capture photography, video, testimonials, and supporting content assets as needed.
  • Support product launches, seasonal promotions, customer events, internal communications, and strategic marketing initiatives with consistent messaging.
  • Tradeshow, Event & Creative Marketing Support: develop digital and print marketing materials supporting tradeshows, industry events, open houses, nonprofit initiatives, hospitality events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Create event collateral including flyers, banners, signage, presentations, social promotions, and promotional materials.
  • Create one-off marketing handouts and coordinate creative assets with internal marketing, website, and design teams while ensuring brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Proofread and edit marketing materials prior to publication or distribution.
  • Content Strategy & Analytics: organize marketing projects, content calendars, and campaign timelines to support efficient execution across initiatives; maintain organized content libraries of photos, videos, testimonials, and project content for ongoing marketing and sales use; research industry trends, customer interests, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and content development; track campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting to support ongoing improvements in SEO, digital marketing, and content effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, as needed.
  • Valid US Driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts and transform them into engaging marketing content.
  • Applicable knowledge of content marketing strategies, email marketing campaigns, SEO best practices, social media marketing, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Minimum 2-5+ years creating content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with people at all professional levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
