Job Description

Responsibilities

The role: you take raw session footage and turn it into reels that go viral.
Edit 5-7 short-form reels per week
Post across all platforms (before 1 PM, every time)
Crosspost, set up ManyChat CTAs, manage community DMs
Maintain our content calendar and B-Roll Drive
Design thumbnails and basic graphics

Requirements

Video editing skills (DaVinci Resolve preferred, Adobe works)
Understanding of short-form pacing and hooks
Football knowledge
Reliability — deadlines are not suggestions
