Job Summary

Own the social content engine by developing creative, on-brand assets and delivering end-to-end video/photo work from concept to post, while actively contributing to a fast-paced newsroom and trend-aware content calendar.

  • Creative & Content Development: plan, shoot, and edit social video and imagery aligned with brand voice.
  • Social Presence & Newsroom: post, react, and stay current across brand platforms with timely content.
  • Operations & Delivery: manage projects from idea to final execution within deadlines and adapt to evolving trends.

Job Description

  • Apprentices should expect to devote a portion of their summer hours to one specific project.
  • Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms, including organic and paid support content.
  • Participate in a social ‘newsroom’ to post and react on brands’ social media platforms
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and images that align with our brand's voice and aesthetic.
  • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
  • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
  • Willingness to work hard and try new things
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred (or similar)
  • Managing workflows under tight deadlines
  • Strong photography and videography skills, with experience in lighting, composition, and storytelling
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant
  • You must be 21 years of age or older when the apprenticeship
  • Comfortable working within a team
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred (or similar)
