Job Summary

Own end-to-end video production for on-location shoots and social-first content across multiple formats, from concept to delivery, with a strong emphasis on natural light, clean audio, and adaptable gear. Target ownership includes social content, interview podcasts, and multi-venue travel across DFW.

Responsibilities: Location shoots for diverse verticals, social-first video production, and multi-cam podcast capture.
Requirements: Strong lighting and audio skills, versatile editing in major NLEs, and reliable self-management for tight turnarounds.
Nice to have: Food/restaurant filming, multi-cam podcast experience, and bilingual capabilities to serve Spanish-speaking clients.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Shoot photo and video content on location across DFW for clients in restaurants, home services, real estate, automotive, and hospitality
Capture social-first content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube — Reels, Shorts, stories, ads, and brand content
Film podcast episodes (multi-cam setups, lavalier audio, interview format)
Edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok cuts, captions, b-roll, basic color and audio)
Deliver final assets in the formats and aspect ratios we need: MP4 in 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and 16:9, with the dimensions and bitrates each platform requires (4K appreciated when the project calls for it, but 1080p done well is the standard)
Manage your own shot list, file organization, and turnaround timelines
Travel across the DFW Metroplex — Fort Worth, Dallas, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Irving, Plano, Frisco, and surrounding cities
