Coordinate field storytelling by capturing on-site photo/video, organizing assets, and editing short-form social content while supporting site operations and staging, with growth potential into a larger creative/media role.

  • Own on-site content capture to document progress and showcase workmanship.
  • Organize media and edit for Instagram/TikTok/YouTube Shorts to drive storytelling.
  • Support field operations, staging, and light tasks to keep shoots on track.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities: Capture photo and video content on active construction sites.
  • Responsibilities: Film project progress, before/after transformations, tools, materials, and process shots.
  • Responsibilities: Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, on-app and through editing tools.
  • Responsibilities: Organize footage and media assets.
  • Responsibilities: Help brainstorm content ideas and storytelling angles.
  • Responsibilities: Initiate affiliate marketing content.
  • Responsibilities: Support general jobsite organization and cleanup.
  • Responsibilities: Assist with light-duty field tasks as needed.
  • Responsibilities: Help stage projects, tools, and materials for filming and photography.
  • Responsibilities: Occasionally assist with deliveries, setup, breakdown, or material handling.
  • Requirements: Comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites.
  • Requirements: Interested in construction, tools, design, or trades.
  • Requirements: Familiar with social media and short-form video content.
  • Requirements: Comfortable using cellphone cameras and/or mirrorless cameras.
  • Requirements: Familiar with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
  • Requirements: Self-motivated and organized.
  • Requirements: Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.
  • Requirements: Local to Warwick, NY or surrounding area.
  • Requirements: Reliable transportation preferred.
  • Requirements: You do NOT need years of experience.
  • Nice_to_have: Photography experience.
  • Nice_to_have: Drone experience.
  • Nice_to_have: Graphic design.
  • Nice_to_have: YouTube editing experience.
