Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work on real-world creative assignments that make an impact
  • Support live client work across existing brands when appropriate
  • Participate in a summer-long proactive assignment benefiting an existing or new business client
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to understand how an integrated agency functions
  • Learn directly from experienced creatives through hands-on mentorship
  • Gain exposure to creative reviews, feedback loops, and agency workflows
  • Art Direction Intern: Support the development of visual concepts across digital, social, and campaign work
  • Copywriting Intern: Support the development of brand-appropriate copy across digital, social, and campaign work
  • Content Creator Intern: Assist with the creation of social-first content including video, photography, and motion
  • Content Creator Intern: Support content capture, editing, and execution for brands and Reactr needs

Requirements

  • A passion for creativity, advertising, and brand storytelling
  • A portfolio, reel, or body of work that shows creative thinking (student or personal work welcomed)
  • Curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills and an openness to feedback
  • Ability to collaborate and contribute within a team environment
  • Location preference: Ideally able to be local in Phoenix for the duration of the program
  • Some roles may be considered for remote participation
