Job Summary

Own on camera storytelling for social across client work and Inspire Services, from script to publish, plus on site filming and event content capture.

  • Content & Social Ownership: write captions, manage accounts, and engage audiences with consistent voice across platforms.
  • Video Production: shoot and edit short form video including reels and TikToks, with on site shoots and brand activations.
  • On Site & Events: represent the brand at local events, travel to capture content and build a local content pipeline.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write content and captions for social media across Inspire Services and client accounts
  • Fully responsible for engaging reel video ideas to film
  • Attend occasional local networking events and brand activations to capture content on site
  • Shoot and edit quality short form video for Inspire Services and client accounts
  • Manage social accounts and respond to messages and comments
  • Support with graphics and light design when needed
  • Travel occasionally to Port St. Lucie to capture on site video and photo content for one of our clients (mileage is reimbursed)

Requirements

  • A genuinely strong writer with a clear, natural voice
  • Hands on experience shooting and editing short form video (Reels, TikTok, etc.) on a phone or camera
  • A good eye for photo and video, plus working knowledge of editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage your own time on a contract schedule
  • Comfortable being on site at events and around clients, with a warm and professional presence

Preferred

  • Bonus: experience with social media management, community engagement, or working with small businesses
