Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing community outreach campaigns and nonprofit events
• Engage with community members to promote nonprofit programs and initiatives
• Support fundraising efforts, marketing activations, and volunteer recruitment
• Help coordinate event setup, booths, and outreach activities
• Assist with onboarding and supporting volunteers and new team members
• Track outreach performance and provide feedback to improve campaigns
• Represent nonprofit partners professionally at events and community programs
• Collaborate with team members to achieve engagement and outreach goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework is a plus)
• Interest in nonprofit work, marketing, outreach, or event planning
• Customer service, volunteer, or event experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred

• College coursework related to nonprofit work, marketing, outreach, or event planning
