Job Summary
Own and scale community health campaigns, shape messaging with partners, and steward budgets and compliance to drive outcomes in trauma-informed care.
- Campaign design and execution: Lead design and implementation of community health campaigns and coordinate with partners to reach target audiences.
- Messaging and materials: Develop, test, and refine messaging with designers to ensure clear, accessible materials.
- Budget and compliance: Manage program budgets, report outcomes, and ensure grant requirements are met.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of community health campaigns.
- Develop, test, and refine messaging and materials in collaboration with graphic designers and partners.
- Manage program budgets, report outcomes, and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
- Engage in advocacy efforts and uphold the values of trauma-informed care, respect, and empowerment in all interactions.
- A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience OR a master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in communication, marketing, behavioral health, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage large projects and collaborate across teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, videoconferencing, and online reporting systems.
- A valid driver’s license, private insurance, and the ability to travel within the service area.
- Home internet connection
- Must be able to obtain DCFS CANTS Child Abuse Clearance.
