Drive local partnerships and activations for a neighborhood gym by identifying high-potential partners and executing short, visible in-gym activations.

Own local outreach to secure partnerships and activations within 3 miles.
Must-have: Completing at least 10 outreach attempts with 3 active conversations.
Standout: 1 partnership or activation in progress signals momentum.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify and track high-value businesses, organizations, and communities within a 3-mile radius
Build and maintain an organized pipeline of contacts and opportunities
Leverage your network and identify new local creators or community figures
Initiate outreach for: Trial visits; Content collaborations; Event participation
Plan and coordinate high-impact, simple activations such as: Guest workout sessions; Partner pop-ups; Community challenges
Move opportunities from outreach → confirmed participation → in-gym execution

Requirements

Minimum 10 outreach attempts completed
At least 3 active conversations started
1 partnership or activation in progress
