Responsibilities

• Maintain brand messaging, reference materials, approved assets, and communication guidelines in the Community Coordinator role at Harvest Advertising.
• Coordinate brand or community content across digital channels and campaign touchpoints as part of the Community Coordinator role at Harvest Advertising.
• Monitor audience questions, feedback, comments, and recurring themes and route issues appropriately across advertising and campaign delivery in this Community Coordinator position.
• Support brand campaigns, launches, partnerships, or community initiatives with organized timelines and assets for the Harvest Advertising team as part of Community Coordinator work.
• Track basic engagement, brand, or community metrics and prepare recurring summaries while supporting advertising and campaign delivery in the Community Coordinator role at Harvest Advertising.
• Review customer-facing materials for consistency with approved brand voice and messaging as part of day-to-day Community Coordinator responsibilities at Harvest Advertising.

Requirements

• Strong written communication, organization, customer awareness, and brand judgment for the Community Coordinator opening at Harvest Advertising.
• Comfort using social, content, collaboration, spreadsheet, and reporting tools.
• Ability to maintain consistency across multiple assets and channels.
• Good judgment when handling public or community-facing communication.
• Attention to detail when reviewing brand language, assets, and campaign materials.
