Job Summary

Own and drive the Marketing and Dissemination Plan and training programs, including webinars and instructional materials, while expanding the user base through engagement at conferences and dissemination events.

  • Lead creation of training materials and technical assistance documentation
  • Execute user engagement, outreach, and program promotion

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain a Marketing and Dissemination Plan, a webinar and video training plan, instructional documentation and training materials, and technical assistance documentation.
  • Implement user engagement and training plans, increase user base annually, and promote the program at dissemination activities such as conferences and exhibits.
  • Provide technical assistance, communication, and training to users.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with professional and training engagements
  • Experience developing written and video training materials
  • Experience with user engagement, outreach, and promotion
  • Experience generating content for websites, knowledgebases, FAQs, user guides, tutorials, and SOPs
  • Experience conducting webinars, training sessions, and user support
  • Experience developing survey questions
  • Knowledge of NIH and CMS policies
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred

  • Experience with Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) clearance or waiver and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) clearance
  • Experience with Material Transfer Agreements (MTA) and Data Use Agreements (DUA)
  • Knowledge of NIH and CMS data
  • Knowledge of data repositories and FAIR data sharing
  • Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Master's degree
