Job Summary

Own the end to end project communications for complex initiatives, turning technical details into practical, audience friendly content and coordinating with change management for adoption readiness.

  • Cross phase ownership: plan, execute and align messaging with adoption strategies across all project stages.
  • Channel and asset engine: manage updates, trainings, FAQs, executive messages and multi channel delivery while protecting brand voice.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: build relations with internal teams to surface risks, gather input, and keep messaging connected to readiness and rollout goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to support implementation across all phases of a project
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, practical content for nontechnical audiences
  • Create and manage project-specific communications, including updates, training materials, FAQs and executive messaging
  • Partner with change management leads to align communications with adoption strategies and readiness efforts
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to gather input, surface risks and ensure message alignment
  • Plan and deliver communications across multiple channels, including email, internal platforms, digital content and events
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone and brand voice across all communications
  • Proofread and edit all materials to ensure accuracy, clarity and quality
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English or related field required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant professional experience in communications or marketing
  • Familiarity with corporate communications in a business setting, preferably in a construction-related industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from internal clients/business partners
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Organized and an eye for detail
  • Ability to handle projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with html email programs such as Constant Contact and/or texting platforms a plus
  • Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward the company’s Zero Injury principles
