- Own day-to-day contract support across multiple projects and locations.
- Must-have: PMP and 10+ years leading integrated communications teams (5+ with DoD).
- Strong liaison to the COR and primary contracting actions owner.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day contract support operations across multiple projects and locations.
- Demonstrate written and oral communications skills and contribute to strategy development.
- Inform the COR immediately of personnel changes and oversee replacements and contract-team supervision.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contracting actions (not delegable).
Requirements
- Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Public Health, or related disciplines.
- PMP certification required.
- 10+ years leading a team delivering integrated communications solutions.
- At least 5 years DoD experience within the 10+ years.
