Job Summary

Own the digital comms flow for a department, coordinating website content, newsletters, and social channels with branding and analytics at the center.

  • Website/Content Ownership: drive Drupal page builds, asset updates, and branding alignment across internal and external sites.
  • Newsletter & CRM: design and maintain newsletters; manage Campaign Monitor and optimize with analytics.
  • Social Media Stewardship: develop and track cross-platform content, sustain a calendar, and optimize via metrics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Website: Coordinate web management projects, including Drupal pages; help create and maintain content; ensure branding consistency across pages.
  • Newsletters: Partner to design and maintain internal/external newsletters; manage Campaign Monitor; use analytics to optimize communications.
  • Social Media: Gather, create, execute, and track social content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok; maintain a content calendar; analyze to optimize.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field and two years of relevant experience or equivalent.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with strategic communication concepts.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with diverse audiences.
  • Writing experience for press releases, social media, and websites without AI assistance.
  • CRM and CMS management experience.
  • Understanding of social media tactics, trends, and content gathering (photos, videos, posts).
  • Proficiency with all social platforms, Drupal, Adobe Premiere, Canva, and Microsoft tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
