Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and edit engaging content that reflects TBE’s mission, vision, and values
Manage congregation-wide and targeted email communications in Constant Contact
Maintain and update the TBE website and calendar using WordPress
Design digital and print materials using Canva and InDesign
Manage and grow TBE’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Support video storytelling and production workflows
Collaborate across teams to support programs, clergy messaging, and fundraising efforts
Maintain communications workflows and audience segmentation using Salesforce

Requirements

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience with email marketing, web content, and social media
Design skills and visual sensibility
Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English, or a related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields preferred
Experience with Jewish communal life a plus; Hebrew familiarity helpful but not required
