Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Chamber communications including newsletters, website updates, social media, and email marketing.
• Develop and distribute promotional materials highlighting Chamber events, programs, and member businesses.
• Coordinate press releases and media outreach when appropriate.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all communications platforms.
• Promote Chamber events, initiatives, and member benefits to increase engagement and participation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Chamber members and community inquiries.
• Support member recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Assist members in accessing Chamber benefits, promotional opportunities, and networking programs.
• Maintain accurate member records in the Chamber database.
• Support the daily operations of the Chamber office.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in communications, marketing, nonprofit operations, or administrative management preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website content management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Experience working with membership organizations, nonprofits, or community groups is a plus
