Job Summary

Own social content and audience reporting for policy focused ITI workstreams, while ensuring event and member communications collateral stay aligned with program goals.

  • Social content creation and metrics: plan, post, and report on engagement and reach across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Event support and registration prep: onsite help and check-in workflow collaboration with Events Team.
  • Collateral and communications craft: create brochures, web content, and emails for membership programs and stakeholders.

  • Draft content for ITI’s social media accounts (including LinkedIn, X, and YouTube)
  • \n
  • Analyze digital metrics and platform performance, providing regular reporting on engagement and reach
  • \n
  • Assist in crafting marketing materials, and other collateral to communicate effectively with ITI members and various stakeholders
  • \n
  • Aid in developing and maintaining collateral for membership programs, including brochures, web content, and promotional emails
  • \n
  • Support newsletter development and member communications drafting
  • \n
  • Support media monitoring and related research
  • \n
  • Provide onsite support for event execution, working closely with the Events Team
  • \n
  • Assist with preparations for event registration processes, including registration list management, nametag development, and implementation of a check-in process for members
  • \n
\nRequirements\n
    \n
  • Pursuing a graduate degree focused on marketing, communications, political communication, or a related field
  • \n
  • Demonstrated interest and knowledge of technology policy
  • \n
  • Open-source research, analytical, writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Experience with events, preferably in a coordination role
  • \n
  • Working familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Canva, video editing and captioning applications, and Zoom. Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools and spreadsheet management highly preferred
  • \n
