Job Summary
Own the strategy and execution of campus-wide communications for Parking & Transportation, aligning messaging to operations, customer engagement, and major initiatives to improve awareness and service continuity.
- Communication Strategy: Develop and execute plans for operations, events, service changes, and mobility programs across campus audiences.
- Stakeholder Outreach: Proactively inform and engage students, faculty, staff, and partners to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new services.
- Messaging & Execution: Shape clear, timely, and consistent communications around construction impacts, customer programs, and key initiatives using available channels.

- developing and executing communication strategies that support departmental operations, customer engagement, major initiatives, and service changes while ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication with campus stakeholders.
- serves as the department’s primary communications strategist, helping shape messaging related to parking operations, transportation services, mobility initiatives, construction impacts, major events, and customer-facing programs.
- This position plays a key role in enhancing customer experience, strengthening stakeholder awareness, and supporting operational success through proactive communication and outreach.
