Responsibilities

• Create and deliver strategic messaging and content across internal communications channels, including departmental communications and newsletters.
• Partner with management to deliver client-facing messaging, events, and presentations.
• Advise on communication items and develop communication plans.
• Provide PR support, build media lists, and assist with press release prep and distribution.
• Help manage social media accounts and content.
• Develop reports, track engagement, and report outcomes; learn new programs and tools.
• Guide local and regional communications plans in support of business units.
• Model CBRE RISE values; ensure aligned messaging across channels and goals.
• Apply cross-disciplinary knowledge to achieve team and department objectives.
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish schedules, and mentor staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; in lieu, combination of experience and education.
• Strong program management skills to drive initiatives from planning to execution.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, measuring, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to convey sensitive information, set performance expectations, and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
