Job Summary

Own regional external communications to shape brand reputation across markets, aligning local messaging with corporate positioning and managing multi-channel outreach.

  • Regional and media relations: adapt messaging and coordinate press materials for local impact.
  • Leadership and employee communications: support town halls, announcements, and internal engagement to strengthen brand understanding.
  • Reputation monitoring and risk signaling: track coverage, sentiment, and public affairs signals to guide proactive opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the regional external communication plan to strengthen brand awareness, visibility, and reputation.
  • Adapt global messaging to local market contexts while ensuring consistency with corporate positioning and brand guidelines.
  • Manage regional communication channels, social media, and content to increase engagement and employer attractiveness.
  • Coordinate media relations with corporate communications and prepare external materials such as press releases, statements, articles, and speeches.
  • Support business announcements, events, customer communications, and thought-leadership opportunities.
  • Monitor media coverage, brand perception, and reputational risks to identify communication opportunities.
  • Develop internal communication plans aligned with regional priorities, brand ambition, and company culture.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication to employees across countries and functions.
  • Support leadership communications for town halls, leadership events, and employee events.
  • Promote employee engagement and understanding of the brand, strategy, and culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Journalism, Political Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in communications, ideally in an international or matrix environment.
  • Strong background in brand building, corporate communications, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in internal and external communications; public affairs experience is a strong plus.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Ability to advise senior stakeholders and manage high-visibility topics in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English; other regional languages are a plus.

  • Experience in public affairs is a strong plus.
