Job Summary

Own and coordinate KWA's communications program, shaping policies, guiding leaders, and delivering multi-channel storytelling and media production to strengthen public presence and internal alignment.

  • Oversee internal/external communications, including print, media, and multi-media channels.
  • Develop and implement public-relations policies and content creation/storytelling across departments.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain KWA public-relations and communication policies and procedures.
  • Provide direction and guidance to Department Directors regarding communication issues.
  • Manage internal and external communications, which include print, news releases, media, multi-media, public relations or other areas.
  • Oversee, develop and implement communications projects utilizing Web-based technology.
  • Content creation and storytelling.
  • Photography, Video, and Audio Production.

Requirements

  • Layout and design experience, Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Principles and practices of video production.
  • Experience in publication to social media platforms.
  • Principles and practices of public administration, organization and employee supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, graphic design or three years of related experience.
