Drive club communications and marketing as a Communications Manager to coordinate brand, member engagement, and event promotion.

Oversee all club communications, including weekly emails, announcements, event promotions, and leadership messaging
Develop and execute communication strategies to increase member engagement and participation
Ensure consistent branding, tone, and accuracy across all platforms
Serve as the primary liaison between departments for communication needs
Write, edit, and proof all club communications and newsletter content
Coordinate messaging for club initiatives, updates, and seasonal programming
Manage and maintain digital communication systems, including email platforms, website, and digital signage (REACH Media Network)
Maintain and update the Club’s calendar of events
Publish and update events, programs, menus, and announcements
Execute email communications through Northstar

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
Private club or luxury service experience preferred
Website/content management systems (Northstar) preferred
Canva (design of flyers, graphics, and marketing materials)
Microsoft Office Suite
Digital signage platforms and basic photo/video editing preferred
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
