Job Description
Responsibilities
- Help execute company and client marketing + communication strategies and promotions
- Research as needed and monitor trends across the film industry
- Draft basic public relations materials including news releases, status reports, creative writing pieces, copywriting, and other materials as directed.
- Assist with media relations, including media outreach, tracking media coverage, and building media lists
- Assist in planning, writing, editing, and managing the Onni Creative Blog
- Help coordinate nationwide external + internal marketing and publicity campaigns
- Assist with developing marketing collateral including: presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials
- Assist with content + activation ideation for film proposals, marketing campaigns, internal campaigns as needed
- Attend meetings as necessary and take notes
- Act responsibly with confidential/sensitive information (signed NDA, Social Media Policy, and AI Policy required)
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree or higher program at an accredited College or University with a GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Phone and computer with Internet access
- Available to work for up to 15 hours/week
- Familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, Adobe Apps, Canva, Slack, Asana, Typeform
- Strong interest in writing and proficient in USA English grammar
- Strong research skills with a keen eye for marketing and entertainment trends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in film/cinema marketing
- Willingness to assist and take direction from multiple team members
