Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies and plans in collaboration with the marketing and leadership teams.
• Create, edit, and distribute engaging content including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
• Coordinate internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged with company news and initiatives.
• Manage the organization’s social media channels to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
• Support media relations efforts by preparing media kits, responding to inquiries, and facilitating interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably within a corporate or nonprofit environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using content management systems, social media platforms, and communication tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
