Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing customers through outreach activities.
Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and community outreach.
Build positive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities.
Support marketing and sales objectives through effective customer communication.
Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, outgoing, and professional personality.
Comfortable interacting with customers in person and by phone.
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Goal-oriented and motivated to learn.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
Previous experience in communications, sales, marketing, customer service, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
