Job Summary

Own a hands on intro to medtech marketing with clear owner ship of campaigns, launches and cross functional work in a regulated EP device environment.

  • Campaign support across the Electrophysiology portfolio, including messaging, materials, and launch activities.
  • Data collection and reporting on product performance, campaigns, events, and metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders while learning compliance and promotional guidelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Intern will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that advance innovative technologies for physicians treating heart rhythm disorders, including atrial fibrillation (AFib).
  • Gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, innovative MedTech commercial environment
  • Receive mentorship, leadership development, and networking opportunities
  • Observe and support collaboration between internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders
  • Learn how Commercial Marketing supports physicians, patients, and health systems across the continuum of care
  • Support US commercial marketing and product management initiatives across the Electrophysiology portfolio
  • Assist with competitive landscape research, market sizing and customer segmentation analysis
  • Help develop marketing, product, and sales enablement materials, including messaging, positioning, and design support
  • Contribute to commercial launch and new product integration activities, including timelines and cross-functional coordination
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to product performance, campaigns, events, and commercial metrics
  • Support development of physician and account level materials and maintain data accuracy in commercial tracking tools
  • Learn and adhere to healthcare compliance, privacy, and promotional guidelines
  • Contribute to project timelines, content calendars, and internal tracking tools
  • Manage multiple requests, communicate professionally, and maintain composure in high‑pressure situations

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have demonstrated leadership/participation in campus programs and/or community service activities.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Health, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently present in front of large groups
  • Interest in healthcare, medical devices, commercial marketing or product management
  • High level of professionalism in healthcare and business environments
  • Ability to lift/move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Advance-level computer skills, and the ability to multitask without the direct oversight of manager required
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
