Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content workflow for tabletop game publishing, balancing calendar discipline, briefs, and publishing in CMS and email tooling for timely, error-free delivery.

  • Content lifecycle ownership: intake, briefs, and timeline coordination with creators and partners.
  • Operational cadence: maintain schedule, resolve dependencies, coordinate reviews, and keep stakeholders aligned.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own request intake to ensuring briefs are complete and coordinate feasible timelines with content manager before work begins.
  • Maintain the content calendar, track progress, and proactively resolve schedule risks and dependencies.
  • Build and support publishing content in our CMS and email tools, including formatting, metadata, and link QA.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and templates that reduce content errors and improve speed.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals, driving follow-ups and keeping collaborators aligned.

Requirements

  • At least 1–3 years experience with content production and coordination for internal and external content publishing.
  • An organized, meticulous approach to scheduling and building efficiencies to map, refine, and produce content processes and SOP documentation.
  • Key content production skills including: clear and concise written and verbal communication, general copy editing, as well as accuracy and attention to detail for digital text and visual content.
  • A growth mindset eager to learn new tools and systems to level up the experience for WPN retailers and content partners.
  • Proficiency with content management systems and maintaining a content production calendar.
  • Excitement for facilitating tabletop gaming and retail experiences for global brands.

Preferred

  • Practical knowledge of tools and automation platforms for content management and tracking workflows.
  • Experience with Smartsheet and/or Confluence project management software plus Contentful and/or Braze content platforms.
  • Familiarity with Wizards of the Coast brands including Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons and their related in-store play.
