Job Summary

Own multi-channel growth through a $100M+ ad budget, aligning brand and performance across markets while building a high-performing team that partners with Finance, Tech, Design, and retail to drive measurable ROI.

  • Ownership: Manage SEM, paid social, email, SMS, display, influencers, partnerships, video, CTV, and agency partners for national growth.
  • Strategy & Ops: Create an integrated plan aligned to business goals, apply market insights for B2C/B2B growth, and optimize by data-driven metrics.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a marketing team and collaborate with Pricing, Finance, Data Science, Merchandising, and External vendors to scale brand and trims costs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee the management of a ~$100M+ advertising budget across all key platforms and channels, including, but not limited to, Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Audio and CTV partners, and relevant agencies (e.g. Org Social)
  • Develop and execute an integrated, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals and market-specific nuances
  • Manage and optimize marketing initiatives across all key channels, including SEM, PLA, paid social, email marketing, SMS/Push notifications, display advertising, influencer/affiliate marketing, partnerships, online video, CTV/TV and more
  • Leverage market insights across both our B2C and B2B customer segments to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth, customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning
  • Be the steward of each brand, working and driving key priorities with the dedicated Specialty Retail Creative team and the broader brand organization to ensure an elevated positioning and consistent brand presentation in line with the brand strategy
  • Analyze business performance and use data-driven decision-making processes to refine marketing strategies and optimize performance
  • Stay current with evolving technology and identify ways to leverage it to drive efficiency gains and cost savings
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive your agenda, including Pricing, Finance, Technology, Data Science, Design Services, Category Management, Physical Retail, Merchandising, Customer Service
  • Engage with external agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to leverage external expertise and amplify marketing efforts

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • strong background in brand and performance marketing
  • including physical retail experience
  • Demonstrated success in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector
  • Proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and brand excellence on a national scale
  • Proficiency in data analytics, customer insights, and performance measurement tools
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and technologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment
