Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trust as a reliable resource for behavioral health care in your community.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to provide comprehensive care coordination.
  • Identify market strategies and deepen professional relationships to expand Newport Healthcare's reach.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to uncover needs and create impactful partnerships.
  • Plan and execute engaging presentations tailored to your audience.
  • Respond promptly to service inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and support for families.
  • Participate in team calls and field rides, sharing insights and strategies for success.
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual performance objectives for your target market.
  • Document meaningful activities in our contact database to track progress.
  • Plan and attend facility tours, professional weekends, and networking events to showcase Newport Healthcare.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or closely related field OR minimum two (2) years of direct experience in a behavioral health setting/pharmaceutical sales.
  • Experience with communication principles, practices, and techniques applicable to a healthcare environment.
  • Extensive experience in creating, maintaining, and delivering marketing strategies to meet objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
