• Proven expertise in Public Relations and Marketing Management to oversee campaigns and enhance the museum's reputation
• Strong understanding of Sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue growth and support organizational sustainability
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is desirable

Preferred

• Familiarity with nonprofit, cultural institutions, or museum settings is a plus
