Growth & channel ownership: build and optimize affiliate marketing programs and drive revenue through Champions.
People & systems: recruit, train, and empower a team of Champions with CRM and training workflows.
Measurement & impact: track performance, conversions, and revenue to inform strategy and scaling.

Responsibilities

Champion the Mission: Connect students, families, organizations, and communities with our high-impact product ecosystem (character-building books, educational laptops, and donation campaigns).
Build Your Brand & Business: Treat this like your own marketing agency. You have the freedom to work on your own schedule, from absolutely anywhere in the world.
Lead and Scale: Recruit, train, and build your own team of Champions—earning revenue for you and your team.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years of age (Under 18 requires parental consent and joint account setup).
Based anywhere globally, but focused on targeting and closing sales within the United States market.
Possess an open mind, high personal expectations, and an unstoppable positive attitude.
Highly self-disciplined, capable of managing your own schedule, and willing to commit to our process for 6 months to witness your lifestyle transform.
