Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with families and healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

  • Experience working with dementia populations
