Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to introduce our organization’s initiatives and gather community feedback
• Engage residents through friendly, face-to-face conversations, explaining program benefits and answering questions
• Distribute flyers, informational materials, or promotional items to residents during walks
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, including contact details and community feedback using mobile devices
• Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and optimize neighborhood coverage
• Uphold safety protocols during outdoor work and ensure respectful engagement with all community members

Requirements

• No Experience requiered
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage conversationally and build rapport quickly
• Bilingual
• Familiarity with mobile devices for data entry and reporting during outreach activities
• Outgoing personality with enthusiasm for community involvement and outdoor work
