Job Summary

Own multi-channel campaigns for education-focused buyers with tight cross-functional alignment to sales and product, and translate insights into ROI.

  • Campaign ownership: end-to-end execution across digital, content, email, webinars, events, and social.
  • Cross-functional alignment: sync with digital, product, and reputation marketing to ensure strategy-to-execution consistency.
  • Sales partnership: provide market insights, reports, and campaign updates that support acquisition and expansion across the funnel.

Job Description

  • Design and develop comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, webinars, events, social media) tailored to the vertical's target audience.
  • Identify compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with the specific needs and challenges of customers in education.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, product marketing, and our reputation marketing teams to ensure alignment of campaign strategy and execution.
  • Work closely with the sales teams (including business development) to understand their priorities, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring marketing efforts directly support sales objectives and span the journey from.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales, providing market insights, reporting, and campaign updates spanning acquisition and expansion objectives.
  • Lead all aspects of the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, working with internal creative teams, external agencies, and marketing operations.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with third parties to amplify the Brightly message when applicable.
  • Deliver clear benchmarks and metrics for all campaigns, focusing on lead generation, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution.
