Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of a progressive, people-powered campaign
- Oversee the development and execution of the campaign plan, including the fundraising, field, and digital plans with consultants and partners
- Manage paid campaign staff, interns, and volunteers
- Manage candidate call time and assist with fundraising execution
Requirements
- At least one cycle of campaign experience, preferably in a field role.
- Demonstrated commitment to progressive causes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experienced with VoteBuilder and ActBlue.
- Must be able to work campaign hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with Maryland politics preferred, though not required.
- A valid US driver’s license and access to reliable, insured transportation.
