Job Summary

Own and optimize a face-to-face fundraising program with clear donor acquisition and retention targets, while building and leading a paid fundraising team and coordinating day-to-day operations for campaign success.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a face-to-face fundraising project and meeting annual donor acquisition and retention goals.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of paid fundraisers.
  • Promote and develop leaders.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Campaign Management and Project Management experience.
  • Fundraising and Grassroots Organizing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Management: 2 years (Required).
  • Bachelor's (Required).

Preferred

  • Previous experience in nonprofit or grassroots fundraising is a plus.
