Job Summary

Own scalable storytelling and knowledge governance for a tech services organization by turning complex IT concepts into clear, actionable content and coaching teams to write with impact across large groups.

Executive writing and collaboration: distill hard concepts into simple briefs and maintain strategic messaging.
Stakeholder coaching: elevate writing quality across diverse teams through coaching and interviewing.
Documentation systems: govern Confluence, SharePoint, Google Workspace, and MS Office workflows to enable consistent output.

Job Description

Executive-level writing, editing, and communication expertise.
Strong ability to distill complex technical concepts into simple, understandable content.
Exceptional stakeholder partnership, interviewing, and collaboration skills.
Proven experience coaching and elevating writing capabilities across diverse teams.
Ability to drive clarity, alignment, and strategic messaging across large organizations.
Proficiency in documentation tools (Confluence, SharePoint, Google Workspace, MS Office Suite).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Familiarity with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technical environments (preferred).
Experience with visualization/dashboards, content automation tools, or AI-assisted content creation (preferred).
