Drive hands-on social content work across platforms with scope for learning in marketing basics and hybrid on-site filming.

Draft, design, and schedule posts for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
Must have current enrollment or recent graduation in marketing/communications (or equivalent).
Hybrid role with on-site filming in Gardena, CA and remote work.

Content Creation & Scheduling – Draft, design, and schedule posts for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
Community Engagement – Interact with followers through comments and messages to build relationships and encourage engagement.
Trend Research & Creative Ideas – Monitor current trends and propose fresh, innovative content concepts.
Platform Management – Help maintain multiple social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency.
Performance Tracking – Assist in gathering analytics and creating simple performance reports.
Email Marketing Support – Help draft and send email campaigns or newsletters.
Short-Form Video – Capture and edit quick video clips for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program in marketing communications, media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest) and interest in digital marketing trends.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Organized, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Location: Hybrid—remote work plus occasional on-site meetings/filming in Gardena, CA.
