Job Summary

Own the early-stage outreach for brand partnerships, turning research, contact verification, and CRM data into a steady stream of qualified opportunities and compelling pitches.

  • Build targeted lists of brands, agencies, sponsors, venues, and marketing partners; verify contacts; categorize by fit, and record in CRM.
  • Research recent campaigns and activations to inform outreach and craft pitches.
  • Prepare weekly qualified lead lists with context and track follow-ups to advance pipeline.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build targeted lists of brands, agencies, sponsors, venues, and marketing partners.
  • Identify decision-makers in marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, PR, events, and brand strategy.
  • Verify contact details, including title, company, LinkedIn profile, email, and source link.
  • Enter and organize contacts in the CRM with clean, accurate information.
  • Categorize leads by client fit, market, priority, and outreach status.
  • Research recent brand campaigns, sponsorships, and activations that may be relevant to our clients.
  • Prepare weekly qualified lead lists with notes on why each contact is relevant.
  • Gather background research to support outreach and pitch preparation.
  • Track follow-up dates, responses, and pipeline movement.

Requirements

  • Communications, PR, advertising, marketing, business, or related major
  • Strong online research and fact-checking skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Drive, LinkedIn, and research tools
  • Interested in brand partnerships, PR, sponsorships, entertainment, or experiential marketing
  • Able to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Proactive, reliable, and clear in communication
  • Professional with confidential information and contact
  • Strong online research skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred

  • Interest in entertainment, hospitality, or live events
  • Basic understanding of sponsorships, brand partnerships, or PR outreach
  • Experience using LinkedIn or email research tools
