Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the brand marketing strategy for Food & Beverage with clear accountability to usage, conversion, and revenue goals.
  • Lead go‑to‑market and lifecycle marketing plans that drive awareness, repeat usage, and increased spend per guest.
  • Translate digital product functionality across site, app, and kiosks into clear, benefit‑led messaging that reduces friction and improves conversion.
  • Partner with product, analytics, growth, and operations teams to define success metrics and continuously optimize performance.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across owned, paid, and in‑venue channels, optimizing against key KPIs

Requirements

  • Experience owning both brand strategy and performance outcomes tied to revenue and growth
  • Successfully marketed digital products, loyalty programs, or subscription‑based experiences
  • Comfortable being accountable for KPIs such as conversion rate, customer lifetime value, and incremental revenue
  • Understanding of how digital experiences function across web, mobile, and physical environments and how to market them effectively
  • Ability to balance long‑term brand equity with near‑term monetization and growth goals
